After all of the holiday festivities calmed down I headed to Aspen for a little snowboarding with my parents. As many may have already discovered, it can be difficult to battle freezing temperatures while maintaining a stylish look. Often times we sacrifice one and endure the negatives consequences of the other, but by layering you may be able to achieve warmth and style! Since it’s colder in Colorado than it is in Texas I managed to stay warm in my black twig jeans, and by layering a chambray shirt and this Madewell texturemix pullover sweater I maintained a tailored and refined look! I paired these textured black booties and my custom alligator bag (similar here) because they are subtle yet sleek. My tortoise shell Ray Ban Clubmaster Classics and Kendra Scott tiger eye earrings both have gold accents that made all these earthy tones really pop!
