I have been seeing recipes for apple cider margaritas everywhere this holiday season. I was dying to use the cocktail shaker that my good friend Haley had given me for my birthday, and with the holidays in full swing I just had to create one of these awesome looking margaritas myself. This sweat seasonal drink gives off a distinct holiday feel and is great to serve at parties! This recipe serves 2!

Ingredients
-7 Oz. of spiced apple cider (Trader Joe’s brand)
-3 Oz. gold tequila
-2 Oz. triple sec
-1 lime
-2 pinches of cinnamon sugar
-cinnamon sugar mixture
-Garnish: apples slices & cinnamon sticks
Utensils: lime squeezer, cocktail shaker, similar cocktail glass

Directions
With your lime squeezer, which can be found on amazon, juice one whole lime. Take your cocktail shaker, which can be found on amazon, and fill with spiced apple cider, gold tequila, triple sec, juice from one lime, and two decent sized pinches of cinnamon sugar. Take out two small plates and pour a thin layer of apple cider into one, and add your cinnamon sugar mixture in the other. Get two 13 Oz. cocktail glasses, which can be found at Pier 1. Swirl the rim of the glass in the apple cider and then in the cinnamon sugar mixture. This will give you a sweat tasting cinnamon sugar rim! Add ice to the glasses. Shake your cocktail mixture, then distribute evenly between the two glasses. Add apple slices and a cinnamon stick for garnish. Enjoy!
